Arrogant and aggressive staff with customers, they don't explain anything, they give you a bad answer. They started threatening us that we would have problems. The car was with them for a week and they didn't repair it, but they charged 600 lei for diagnostics and poured brake fluid, but they said they couldn't repair the car. They stole the technical passport from our car while we were away so that we couldn't leave until the amount was paid. The next day the brake fluid was flowing from under the car and the brakes wouldn't hold at all. We had to take it by tow truck all the way from Criuleni to a competent service that solved our problem with the brakes and pads. I don't recommend the service given to anyone if you don't want to waste time, nerves and money in vain. We will definitely file a complaint with the police!
