Reviews should describe a real experience.
Fake, paid, abusive, or private-data reviews may be removed.
Businesses can report reviews that break the rules.
Not allowed
- Fake reviews, competitor attacks, paid manipulation, or repeated spam.
- Threats, hate speech, harassment, blackmail, or obscene content.
- Personal data such as private phone numbers, addresses, documents, or payment details.
- Content unrelated to the listed business or service experience.
Moderation
We may hide, edit for formatting, reject, or remove reviews that violate this policy. We may also limit review features for accounts that abuse the system.
Business replies and reports
Businesses may ask us to review content that is false, abusive, or unrelated. We do not remove a review only because it is negative.
