Business Claim Policy

Some auto-service pages may be created before the business owner has an account. This policy explains how owners can request access.

Last updated: 7 July 2026

Ownerless pages can be claimed by an authorized representative.

We may request proof before granting access.

After approval, the business can update services, locations, photos, and contacts.

Who can claim a page

A business owner, manager, employee, or authorized representative may request access to a company profile. We may refuse access when authorization cannot be verified.

Proof we may request

  • A call or message from a public business phone number.
  • Documents or public records confirming the business relationship.
  • Access to an official website, social profile, or Google Business Profile.
  • Additional checks when ownership is disputed.

After approval

The approved account may edit the business profile, publish updates, manage services and prices, add photos, and request correction of inaccurate data.

Disputes and safety

If multiple people claim the same business, ser.md may pause access, request additional proof, or keep the page managed by the platform until the dispute is resolved.
