These terms define how visitors, users, reviewers, and auto-service representatives may use ser.md.

Use the platform lawfully and provide accurate information.

Business representatives are responsible for the accuracy of their published profile.

Automated scraping, copying, and resale of catalog data are prohibited.

The service

ser.md is a catalog that helps drivers find auto services and helps businesses publish useful information. We do not repair vehicles, guarantee the quality of a workshop, or become a party to any agreement between a customer and an auto service.

Accounts and authentication

Users may authenticate by phone. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone and account secure. We may limit, suspend, or remove access if the account is used for fraud, spam, false reviews, unauthorized business claims, or other abuse.

Business profiles

Businesses must provide accurate names, contacts, locations, services, prices, photos, and working hours.
A profile may be created by ser.md from public information, partner information, or data provided by a business.
If a page belongs to your business, you may request access through the claim process.
We may correct, hide, moderate, or remove information that is inaccurate, misleading, illegal, or harmful.

Reviews and user content

Reviews must reflect real experiences and must not include threats, hate speech, private data, spam, paid manipulation, or false information. We may moderate or remove content that breaks these terms or our Reviews Policy.

Prohibited use

Scraping, crawling, harvesting, copying, exporting, or reselling catalog data without written permission.
Bypassing rate limits, security measures, robots.txt, or technical access controls.
Creating fake accounts, fake reviews, false claims, or misleading business pages.
Uploading unlawful, offensive, copyrighted, or misleading photos and content.
Using ser.md to send spam, phishing, malware, or unauthorized commercial messages.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep ser.md reliable, but the service may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. Information in the catalog is provided for convenience and should be checked directly with the business before making decisions.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use of ser.md after an update means acceptance of the updated terms.
