I'm very pleased with the work, the attitude, and the prices. Maybe it depends on which technician you get. I got Ion (Ivan), he's in the service department. And the staff at the store is very friendly!

I came to change the spark plugs, and after replacing them, the clamps on the air intake hoses didn't tighten at all. After 20 minutes, the hoses came loose and the engine almost stopped working. It was evening. I abandoned the car at an intersection. In the morning, I had to call a tow truck to determine the simple lack of professionalism. Wasted money and time. I won't even mention the mechanic's skill...
