i have a black matte car, they refused to paint the car only because of, how their manager said "it's too complicated and I simply don't want to take it". In my opinion it's unprofessional.

Nice service for your TOYOTA/LEXUS car. They can fix everything if not they will recommend an service who can help you. Personally I change oil and filters there. Reasonable prices, qualified specialist's, original spares, relax room with TV.
