DON'T EVEN THINK OF DRIVING IN!!! I brought my car in with a simple hose leak, they kept it for a day, changed the clamp, said they welded all the pipes, changed them, charged 3800 lei, but in fact they just changed the clamp, they don't give receipts, they don't give a certificate of completion.

My experience with them was completely negative. Breach of agreements: The final cost was three times higher than the estimate. They pushed services they hadn't agreed upon. Deadline failures: Instead of the promised few days, the car sat idle for a week. Lack of transparency: They didn't provide certificates of completion. They prevented me from personally monitoring the repair process. Illegal actions: After providing all payment confirmations (bank-stamped payment orders), they illegally held the vehicle, citing problems with their bank. They constantly tried to persuade me to simply transfer the money to my card. They were rude. The situation was only resolved after law enforcement was involved. We subsequently reviewed reviews from other clients; their "delays + price increases" scheme is a common practice.

SCAMMERS! They held onto the car and jacked up the price three times. Avoid them! I highly recommend this service if you value your money and nerves. This isn't a repair shop, it's a scam. We brought a truck there. We clearly discussed the work and the estimated cost at the reception. Then the circus began: - A day later, they called: "Almost ready, but the price is twice as high." We were shocked. They said they'd send someone to check what they were doing. They tried to talk us out of checking until the very end (apparently they had something to hide). - After checking and confirming, they called again: "Everything is ready, pay." And then they quoted an EVEN MORE price (in the end, the price increased THREE TIMES the original!). They added work to the bill that no one asked for and that hadn't been approved. - The fun began when we paid. We refused to pay without a final inspection. The employee checked everything, we immediately transferred the money, sent all the payment receipts and bank confirmations. But since their bank was "closed" on the weekend, they refused to release the car. - They illegally held the truck on the premises, were rude, and hung up on us. They only released the car after we seriously considered calling the police. As a result, the repair took a week instead of two days. We paid THREE times the agreed-upon price. There was NO certificate of completion (they were working under the table), and the error message reappeared by the end of the same day. The treatment was rude. We regretted not reading the reviews right away – everyone there is complaining about deception and delays. Don't repeat our mistakes; find another service!

An extremely negative experience. I do not recommend this auto repair shop under any circumstances. The auto repair shop intentionally kept the car in service for extended periods of time without objective justification, constantly postponing the repair. Ultimately, the car was returned in a dangerous technical condition. After the "repair," it turned out that: • All the bolts were loose, some fasteners were simply missing • The bumper was not secured at all • Screws were stolen, causing parts to start getting lost right along the way • The car started losing parts after just one month of use The auto repair shop changed the oil and filter, but refused to disclose the brand of oil and refused to issue any documents, receipts, or certificates of completion. Additionally: • They pushed fictitious parts that supposedly needed to be replaced. • It later turned out that these parts were from a different car altogether. • They charged the highest price for all of this, among all auto repair shops in Moldova. Finally, after a month of torment, I had to take the car to another shop, where the specialists were shocked by the condition of the car and the quality of the "repairs." This isn't a service, it's a safety hazard. A complete lack of responsibility, transparency, and professionalism. I strongly recommend it.

I do not recommend it under any circumstances. This service center repaired the gearbox and subframe but did not tighten them properly, which ended up ruining the entire car!!!
