Too bad about the service, but the administrative side leaves a lot to be desired. It is unacceptable to wait hours for an operator for a simple appointment. Communication with customers should be a priority. I hope they review their way of working, because at the moment the experience is extremely frustrating.

I was very pleased with the service! Everything was done quickly and efficiently. Most importantly, they didn't push anything unnecessary. They told me exactly where to go, and most importantly, the prices were reasonable. The car is new. I had my first and second maintenance done at Cantemir, paying 3,900 lei for each. And my third maintenance at Burebista was 1,650 lei, almost two and a half times cheaper. And the oil and filter change were completely free. I'm very happy!

After five years in Germany, struggling with local garages, this is the auto repair shop I have been looking for. Precise time booking (OK - took a little longer than planned, but nothing compared to the German Renault garages where you leave your car and with luck might get it back a few days later), very professional reception (even though I am not a native Romanian speaker) and as far as I can see a very professional job. Like in all professional garages, they return the parts they have replaces (so you can see what they did) and they covered not only the seat but also the steering wheel in plastic, to protect the car. A very good job, and I can only tell Renault Germany to look and learn. Definitely my go-to shop, also for my other car (a Dacia). Highly recommended!

Great dealer, I have been a client for 10 years now. The sales staff is very nice, some disscounts are negociable. The service staff is very good, very personal approach, always available for help, even over the phone for some minor issues.

Tried reaching through phone but got no answer no matter how many times I tried, came in person to ask if service is available for my car, waited in reception but no one came to help me and reception was empty, went in the back door with the help of the guard only to be greeted with very unprofessional and impolite behaviour from staff. I would not recommend this service centre
