Maximum unprofessionalism. I went to them to fix a problem with a VW Jetta Hybrid. Without making a diagnosis, they told me that the problem was with the mechatronics. They told me the price and repaired the mechatronics. Then they called me and told me that, after the repair, the car still wouldn't start and that the problem was actually with the mechatronics board. After repairing the board, they told me again that the car wouldn't start and that the problem was with the electric motor. From what I understand, this is their scheme. I told them from the beginning that if the problem was with the electric motor, I didn't want to repair the car and would only pay for the diagnosis. In front of me, they took a part from another VW Jetta Hybrid and installed it on my car, because they had damaged the hose to the pressure pump from the start, which I noticed. Luckily I had pictures of the car before I took it to the service, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to prove anything. I don't recommend repairing at least the VW Jetta Hybrid there, but not any other cars either. They are incompetent. Or, as Igor (the owner of the car service) said when I showed him that the pressure hose was good when I brought the car: "Oh, wait, our rascals broke that one."

They fixed my car once and they don't ask any more questions, they really know their job very well, I only go there for the exchanges and they do them But I know for sure, if I have any problems I will definitely come back to them! A 10 out of 10 guys!

I called this car service with a problem with my car and I was very satisfied. The guys quickly identified the fault and repaired it professionally. The most dishonest service I've ever done. The mechanic (specifically Igor) started telling me it was a problem with the injectors (I checked them a year ago). I explained to him that they weren't the problem, but he kept insisting it was the injectors. How could I not trust the "mechanic?" He calls every other day, and the injectors are fine. 2,500 lei for the labor (disassembly/reassembly) + 400 lei for checking the first injector (there are 6 of them). I don't know what he did with the steering wheel, but it just started wobbling back and forth after he returned the car to me. Besides, I feel like this guy (Igor) doesn't communicate well with customers.
